Coach Drop-Ins, In-person and virtual training sessions available! 

COACH DROP-IN SESSION

  • Technical coaching is available for clients who are currently on a training plan, but need 1-1 coaching to maximize training sessions! 
  • Activities include:
  • Weight training (Free weights and/or machines)
  • Speed/Agility/Change of Direction Mechanics
  • Olympic Weightlifting (Clean, Jerk, Snatch)
  • Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
