Coach Drop-Ins, In-person and virtual training sessions available!
COACH DROP-IN SESSION
- Technical coaching is available for clients who are currently on a training plan, but need 1-1 coaching to maximize training sessions!
- Activities include:
- Weight training (Free weights and/or machines)
- Speed/Agility/Change of Direction Mechanics
- Olympic Weightlifting (Clean, Jerk, Snatch)
- Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
